Been checking out hiking options around Stinson Beach and discovered that there are many. The famous Dipsea trail (one way) and Matt Davis trail (loop) are two options. The Dipsea race is one week later than our gathering so we need not fear the swift runners that will turn out for that historic event. The Dipsea trail is 7.1 miles from beach to Mill Valley (my friend who has walked it many times and says one can do as little or much as desired). It sounds like a wonderful moderate hike of 7.3 miles if one wanted to do the entire loop. So if you are interested, bring your hiking shoes or boots, a hat and water bottles. Hiking is a major hobby for Roger & I plus our kids so we would be delighted to get out and explore with all the Huntingtons. Lisa Hall
