Payment due for 2012 reunion

I am also officially writing on behalf of the planning committee to ask for deposits for the reunion. Here are the details about that:

We would like you to send me a check - made out to "Judy Weddle" for $200.00. Yes, $200.00 - you may remember we originally said that it would cost $250.00 per person for the week but now we find we only need $200.00 per person for the whole week! How fun is this? This price includes the rental of the space (a bed or shared bed depending on your relationships/company), one "little welcome picnic-like dinner" and other small amenities for the reunion.

For travel arrangements you need to know that you can check-in to the WorldMark condos in Depoe Bay at 4:00 PM on Wednesday June 20th and check-out on noon Wednesday on June 27th. The reunion group activities will begin in earnest on Thursday evening June 21st at 5:00 PM with a casual dinner and end at 2:00 PM after a shared lunch on Sunday, June 24th. As you can see there is a lot of extra time to just play, relax and/or enjoy the Oregon coast. We hope you will take full advantage of the time there.

Send me the check by May 10th. We need to pay for the condos at that time. Once we pay for the condos we have the reservations secured. We will not be able to give any refunds after May 10th. If an emergency arises we will encourage you to find a family member who might take your place.

Each condo has two bedrooms (one Queen and one King bed) Each condo also has a sleeper sofa in the living room which is not likely to be needed. After the dust settled, several people discovered they cannot attend, this leaves enough beds for all.
