Reunion Update and request for information

Hello! thanks for getting back to me so quickly. So far, we are overwhelmingly in favor of the June weekend. So far I have 19 or so people total that I think are interested in coming; this could go up or down of course. So, if anybody out there can't make it that weekend please let me know.

I have researched a second house and have a few questions/bits of info:

1. So far, including cleaning and tax, we are sticking around between 900 and 1200 for the second house.
2. most homes are rented for two nights, with a hefty fee for adding an additional night. There is one, however, that rents for three nights and is in our price range. It is also on the beach. This house has some disadvantages though: it only sleeps 6 while the other houses sleep 8; it isn't as nice as the other houses and probably not as comfortable; and we can't book it until January and it appears to be owned by a rather unreliable, flaky woman. It it might be stressful to wait until January to book this one since it would be hard to book another house if this one fell through.
   

So, I am wondering

1. If you think it is worth it to get the third night despite the disadvantages listed above. Please keep in mind that if only a portion of us are staying three nights we could all most into Lucy's parents' house, but if a lot of us want to stay the third night it could get tight.
2. If anyone has a major objection to the June weekend becoming the final one we are going to shoot for.
3. Once I get that information I can get back on the horn and try to reserve whichever house we think is best.
   

Also, Nedra has volunteered to start a blog for our reunion. We could post planning info and also pictures after the event. I think this is a good idea and would be happy to put my messages on there. The only problem is that for all of us to have access to it we would either all have to have a google login or we would have to make the blog totally public and therefore accessible to anyone. I don't have a problem with it being public but wanted to take a poll and see how that sounds to everyone. So let me know if you don't want our reunion dirty laundry out for everyone to see! :)
